Intellian Technologies recently announced the launch of its new T series and S series antennas to improve the live TV experience of offshore ships.
It is reported that the new T-series antenna will be launched in September this year, and will use improved technology to improve the user and customer experience. It is an upgrade of the trademark WorldView Technology (WLNB) of Intellian. It is designed to enable seamless TV viewing when ships are sailing in any regional service around the world. The T series has four new models - t85N, t100N, t130N and t150N, ranging from 85cm to 150cm, and has become a new member of Intellian's popular satellite TV antenna product portfolio, which is designed for ships from 20 feet to more than 1000 feet.
The new S-series antenna product is also independently developed by Intellian and designed for the U.S. regional market. It is expected to be launched later this year, including the s100N and s130N models, which will be the dual Ka-band in the United States and the Ku-band in the Mediterranean. It belongs to the antenna system only for TV reception, and supports DIRECTV and DishNET reception.
Intellian said that the T series also improved the convenience of installation, enabling engineers to provide live TV experience on board and solve problems faster through the customized user interface AptusNTV of Intellian. These new five-cable radio frequency (RF) configuration systems can be interchanged with other products.
