DMB, a German industrial group, has acquired Ansch ü tz, a manufacturer of ship navigation systems from Raytheon, and the Ansch ü tz brand with more than 100 years of history has ushered in a new owner.
Ansch ü tz will become a part of DMB Group (Dr. Dieter Murmann Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH), while Raytheon Ansch ü tz GmbH will be renamed back to the former Ansch ü tz GmbH after commercial registration.
It is understood that Anschutz Company was founded in 1905 and headquartered in Kiel, Germany. It has international branches in Panama City, Portsmouth, Brazil, Rio de Janeiro, Shanghai, China, Singapore and other places. This acquisition also made Ansch ü tz a German company again.
